Our Products

The activated sludge process stage of this STP is designed as “sequenced batch reactor “(SBR) which represents most modern technology being used for sewage treatment plants.Fully Controlled By Auto Controller with IOT Panel & Single Air Blower for entire process. No Need for Technical Operator, No Need For Sewage Transfer Pumps.

The cleaning / treatment process takes place in one or more SBR reactors, depending on the plant design & capacity. Each SBR reactor operates according to the activated sludge process, but with an improved operation-concept, which uses the reactor as an aeration tank as well as a clarification tank. In a SBR process, an extensive removal of dissolved organic substances can be achieved by nitrification and denitrification and optionally phosphorous removal. The special characteristic of Ikon Smart SBR, in a single treatment process phases of an activated sludge plant (aerobic, anoxic and anaerobic, mixture as well as sedimentation) is performed in a time controlled manner in one tank.

MBBR technology has been preferred in many areas as it offers many advantages over the traditional activated sludge process which is the most popular technology. MBBR reactor helps to remove 70-85% BOD and reduce load to downstream activated sludge process to a great extent resulting in a very effective treatment with a smaller foot print.

MBR (Membrane Bio Reactor), a state-of-the-art membrane separation technology which can produce very high quality water with highest possible bacterial reduction, from a waste water stream, without addition of any chemicals. MBR has many advantages such as the high quality of treated water, smaller space for installation and easier operation compared to conventional activated sludge process. Designed to produce high quality treated water from wastewater the Membrane Bio Reactor (MBR) is among the latest technologies in biological treatment. The characteristic of the MBR process is the use of revolutionary submerged Ultrafiltration membranes in the biological process water tank, so as to produce high quality permeate and used for the following streams.

The most cost effective & technically proven system to remove the unwanted, hazardous chemicals from the wastewater is by application of effluent treatment plant (ETP).

It is essential to purify the waste water which come from different types of manufacturing industry like textile, dyes, chemical manufacturing industry, pharmaceuticals etc. Different characteristics have been exhibited by different waste water which ultimately pollutes water. Enhancement of effluent treatment plant performance helps us to reduce the operating costs to a large extent. For many industrial organizations reduction of environmental pollution is of high agenda.

Micro-Organisms in our incubator feed on the organic matter and convert it into an excellent soil conditioner. Critical factors like temperature, moisture and oxygen are optimised for the bacteria to thrive and digest the organic / food waste at a very fast pace.

Moisture and temperature are automatically regulated using sensors at the bottom of the tank whenever organic waste is added.

Fully aerobic digestion is facilitated by the periodic and intermittent rotation of the mixing blades (no crushing / grinding) to maximize microbe activation.

The actual decomposition is done by our special ‘thermophilic’ microorganisms which thrive in high acidic or salty atmospheres.

This output can also be used for briquettes and pellets, since it has high calorific value.

Oil and grease traps are devices designed to capture and separate oil and grease from wastewater, typically in commercial kitchens, industrial facilities, and other applications where oily wastewater is generated. These traps play a crucial role in preventing clogs, reducing maintenance costs, and protecting the environment.

Pressure Filters are closed cylindrical vessel either vertical or horizontal (mostly vertical) containing the filter media over a collector system. Water flows from top downwards percolating through the media and is drawn off through the collector system at the bottom. Cycle of operation are service, back wash with or without air scouring, short rinse to waste and return to service. Increase in pressure drop indicates that filter media is fouled and requires backwashing.

The following materials are normally used as filter media - Quartz sand, silica sand, anthracite, coal, garnet etc.

Filter which uses only sand is called sand filter. Filter which use two media (normally sand and anthracite) is called dual media filter. Multi media filter uses more than three or more filter media. Dual media and multi media filter operate at higher velocity and require less backwash water. Back wash water for filters should always be filtrate water.

Softeners are desirable when the water is hard. It will reduce the magnesium, calcium and other irons supplements in hard water. These minerals in water are very hard that cannot be consumed by a human body. IWT is giving you the solutions for soft Water Treatment Methods for residential, commercial and industrial use.

Indian Water Technologies Water Softeners are engineered for maximum performance with minimum maintenance. All components are the highest quality in the industry, ensuring the trouble free operation for many years with reliable service back up.

Indian Water Technologies Ultra filtration membrane has been specifically selected and designed to pre-treat the sea water, process effluent, surface water, bore well water for Reverse Osmosis membrane system, etc.

The membrane is made of modified PES, a hydrophilic, chemically stable polymer that enables a higher permeate flux when handling various feed streams. UF membrane to be more resistant to chlorine, chloramines and sodium hypochlorite – oxidants typically used during membrane cleaning and maintenance.

The outer dense layer and asymmetric structure of the IWT hollow fibre improves the flux, ensures removal efficiency and provides its mechanical strength and long-term reliability.

A pressure boosting system is designed to increase low pressure in a water system in order to achieve sufficient water flow and pressure to consumers. Pressure boosting systems generally consist of one or more pumps which are installed in a booster set to increase the pressure in a system to a certain point independent of flow and inlet pressure.

System configuration

Pressure boosting sets are installed in various system configurations, each offering different advantages and characteristics such as comfort level, initial investment cost, running costs, flexibility and supply assurance.

Filter Press System

A filter comprises a set of vertical, juxtaposed recessed plates, presses against each other by hydraulic jacks at one end of the set. The pressure applied to the joint face of each filtering plate must withstand the chamber internal pressure developed by the sludge pumping system. This vertical plate layout forms watertight filtration chambers allowing easy mechanisation for the discharge of cakes. Filter clothes finely or tightly meshed are applied to the two grooved surfaces in these plates.

Orifices feed the sludge to be filtered under pressure in the filtration chamber. They are usually placed in the centre of the plates allowing a proper distribution of flow, right pressure and better drainage of sludge within the chamber. Solids sludge gradually accumulates in the filtration chamber until the final compacted cake is formed. The filtrate is collected at the back of the filtration support and carried away by internal ducts.

Screw Press

We are a leading manufacturer of multi-disc screw presses. we specialize in designing and producing high-quality screw press systems that cater to diverse industrial applications. Our multi-disc screw presses are engineered to deliver reliable and cost-effective solutions for solid-liquid separation, ensuring optimal performance and maximum efficiency in various industries. Whether it's wastewater treatment, sludge dewatering, or other industrial processes, our state-of-the-art technology is designed to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

The Slurry is pumped to the inlet chamber where we regulate the flow (excess flow is returned to sump). The metered slurry flows to the flocculation tank where poly-electrolyte solution is added. Slow speed agitator is provided in flocculation tank for mixing and formation of flocks. Then it flows to the compaction cylinder, where in the first section, thickening takes place. Further compaction comes into play in the compaction zone. Filtrate is discharged from the gap between the rings under gravity.
